Shipping and Returns

PHI Atelier has a 14 day return policy, where all items have to be returned within 14 days of delivery. All items have to be in perfect condition and returned in the same packaging as when the parcel was delivered.

Contact PHI at [email protected] to receive a return form. Then simply print out the form and place it on the box and make an appointment with UPS, contact them via phone to book a pick up.

• Sweden: Shipping with standard delivery, 5 business days, € 5. Express services and likewise, 1-2 business days, € 15. Returns paid by costumer.
• Europe: Shipping with standard delivery, 5 business days, € 5. Express services and likewise, 1-2 business days, € 15. Returns paid by costumer.
• Global: Shipping with standard delivery, 5 business days, € 5. Express services and likewise, 1-2 business days, € 15. Returns paid by costumer.

Duties and taxes will be added for non-EU countries.

When the order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email or text. The shipping confirmation will include your tracking number.
